CoinRank News: Bhutan has made millions of dollars in profits through cryptocurrency investments, enough to pay two years wages for government employees. Bhutans sovereign wealth fund Druk Holding and Investments has included cryptocurrencies in its investment portfolio since 2019. The funds CEO Ujjwal Deep Dahal revealed that Bhutan will use its abundant hydropower resources to develop green cryptocurrency mining in the future and gradually phase out fossil fuel mining of digital currencies.
